Q: How long until I get my candle?

A: Please allow 7 business days to safely package your selections (& extra goodies!), and deliver them to USPS!

If inquiring about Made to Order birthday candles, please note these take time to make. It is recommend to buy a month in advance to account for this time and unpredictable shipping times. Please select priority shipping for these if under a time crunch, and send an email to bethanne@flowertoflame.shop for further assistance.

Q: When is the next restock?

A: Follow Flower to Flame on Instagram (@flowertoflame) and sign up for emails at the bottom of the page to stay up to date. I do my best to release new beauties often.

Q: What materials do you use?

A: Soy wax, pressed flowers, fragrance oil/essential oil, cotton wicks, wick adhesive, and biodegradable adhesive for flowers. Please visit the About page for more information!

Q: What is the difference between essential oil and fragrance oil?

A: Essential oils are pure extracts, fragrance oils are synthetic chemicals. All fragrance oils used are phthalate, carcinogen, & toxin free. 100% essential oil scented candles will always be described as such in the listing.

Q: Why soy wax?

A: Soy wax is an alternative to paraffin wax. Soy wax produces significantly less soot than traditional paraffin candles, doesn't contribute to oil drilling, holds fragrance well, is vegan, and is produced right here in the USA.

Q: Can I order a candle commission?

A: Commissions are considered for bulk orders such as weddings, events, or wholesale for retail. For these inquires please email bethanne@flowertoflame.shop
